Host America has been continually expanding options for customer's healthy dining for many years. In close partnership with the clients we service, we have developed menus, recipes, and communication tools, that succeed on two important levels.  

First... Foods must meet specified criteria for nutritional data.

CALORIES: 500 or less
FAT: 14 grams or less (25% of Calories if 500)
SAT FAT: 4.5 grams or less (8% of Calories if 500)
SODIUM: 600 mg or less
CHOLESTEROL: 75 mg or less

Second... The foods must taste good, and most importantly, be known and accepted by our customers.
