Our History
Established in 1983 as University Dining Services managing a single state college and one corporate account, the company has dedicated itself to servicing corporate clients. The summer of 1998 saw a company name change to Host America Corporation, a publicly held company that expanded to include multiple operating divisions serving the various facets of the business services market.

A pivotal date in evolution to the current Host America Corporate Dinning was October 27, 2007. It was on this date that a refocusing on core corporate dining services culminated in the purchase of the previous Host America Corporation's Business Dining Segment by Timothy Hayes. Under private ownership Host America Corporate Dining is fulfilling the company's goal of providing exceptional employee and executive dining services within the Business, Educational, and Specialty Dining Service markets.
