The key elements of our programs include:
MANAGEMENT – only highly skilled and experienced General Managers and corporate chefs operate each client’s facility.
STAFF – we train our chefs, cooks and other food service workers in the art of effective communication, exhibiting friendliness, artistic presentation, creative merchandising and the serving of exciting and dramatic menu items.
PRESENTATION – we elevate the presentation of food using the artistic abilities of our chefs. Preparing an entrée in front of our customers has become our signature statement.
MERCHANDISING – we incorporate architectural and eye catching visual themes into our branded food service stations. We provide our talented chefs with the freedom to express their individual talents in their daily entrees and to merchandise their creations with flair and excitement.
A COMPLETE FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM – It is not enough to provide just management, staffing and the basic services like cafeteria management, catering and office coffee. Being a full service business dining provider requires the ability to offer many other food services like Home Meal Replacement, a visiting Chef’s program and a CO-Op buying program.
