The Host America 'The Art of Freshness' Program integrates Chef Demonstration Cooking throughout the serving line with colorful merchandising and popular contemporary and ethnic foods. Our chefs prepare tantalizing entrees right in front of the customer using select cuts of beef, fresh fish fillets, incredible sauces and a wide array of spices and ingredients. Using techniques like fusion cooking, we create a unique visual experience in cooking and presentation for everyone. There is no greater perception of freshness than having a chef finishing off your entrée as part of the dining experience.

Host America's "Cruisin' Cuisine" program is a culinary experience that is very unique in the food service industry. It is designed to introduce creative food concepts to our customers, increase participation and bring "fun and excitement" to our meal programs. Some of our "Cruisin' Cuisine" themes include the South of the Border, Classic Panini, Seafood Raw Bar, Sushi Cuisine, Omelet Factory and our Smoothie Program.

An elite group of talented Chefs and General Managers form the basis of our operational think tank. It is known as the "Core 10" and plays a vital role in image creation and other critical marketing and merchandising issues that set us apart from our competitors. The "Core 10" plans new merchandising techniques, introduces new foods and specialized cuisine, selects Celebrity Chefs for introducing new entrees at each of our dining centers and follows all the new trends in the ever changing food industry.
