When requested, Host America can assist our clients in developing a concept plan for the revitalization of their existing facility or develop a master plan for the construction of a new facility. As a special service, we can assist in design and engineering, budgeting, securing contractor bids and recommending construction managers for managing the build-out of a new kitchen facility.

As part of Operations Assessment and Facilities Enhancement, we will provide concept drawings in our presentation process. The drawings will reflect suggested improvements to merchandising, traffic flow, station layout and visual appeal of the new serving line. This service gives the potential client a unique and new perspective as to how their cafeteria can look with a special theme or contemporary appearance.
